Join the Documentary Foundation as Sacramento’s finest aspiring filmmakers premiere their short documentaries at the Doc School Film Festival on December 6th, at the Benvenuti Performing Arts Center. Doc School Filmmakers will compete for awards in Best Picture, Best Cinematography, and Best Editing.

Our 50 students will present twelve documentaries on local community stories. Films topics range from teen pregnancy to the revitalization of Oak Park; from a dog’s life at a local animal shelter, to our local noise rock scene and much more…

Admission is free and food will be provided from Hawk’s Restaurant and Griselda’s Catering.
